You can cancel a scheduled appointment one of the following ways:
- Cancel anytime through Pomelo Health.
- Call the office at (902) 542-3880.
Important Reminders
- If your appointment was requested by your doctor, please remember to rebook your appointment.
- We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 24 hours (1 business day) in advance or you may be billed a no show fee.
- Patients with multiple or recurrent no shows may be asked to leave our practice.
Is there a fee if I miss an appointment?
If you are unable to attend an appointment we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. The clinic policy requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or a fee will be charged. We will take into consideration emergency situations.
