The physicians at Sabine & Wellwood Family Medicine are enrolled with the Pomelo Health. The portal is fully integrated with our Telus Health Electronic Medical Records. It allows patients and providers to engage online in a secure manner so that your personal health information is protected. Your participation is your choice.
Access to the Pomelo Health is offered to you for free and will allow you to:
- Book and manage appointments online
- Securely message our office with non-urgent matters
- Receive appointment reminders
- Receive updates from the office about programs and services
Patients with email addresses on file have already been invited to join the portal – please check your spam/junk folders. If you have not received an invitation and are interested in joining, please request an invite.
